b. Social Media Account Information: To employ Pando's social media management features, you may be required to link your social media accounts. Pando may gather data from these linked accounts, comprising posts, comments, and other content to which you grant us access.
c. Usage Information: We amass data related to your Pando usage, encompassing the pages you visit, features you engage with, and the actions you execute.
d. Device Information: Information concerning the device you use to access Pando, such as the model, operating system, and unique device identifiers, may be collected.
e. Log Data: Our servers automatically accumulate data when you engage with Pando, including your IP address, the timestamps of your interactions, and the browser or device you employ.

Third-Party Integrations
Pando integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality. When you use these integrations:
a. Canva Integration: When you publish designs from Canva to Pando, we receive your Canva user identifier (to authenticate the connection), the design file you choose to publish, and metadata about that file (filename, file type, dimensions). Design files are stored in your Pando media library on our secure servers (AWS S3) and remain there until you delete them. We do not share your Canva-published content with any third party except as described elsewhere in this policy. You can revoke Pando's access to your Canva account at any time from within Canva's settings.

b. Other Social Networks: When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or Google Business Profile to Pando, we collect and store authentication tokens, profile information, and content you choose to publish. Your data from these networks is used solely to provide Pando's services.

c. GOOGLE USER DATA — GOOGLE DRIVE: When you connect a Google Drive account to Social Pando, we request read-only access to your Drive files (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly) so that you can import existing media files (images, videos) from your Google Drive into Social Pando's media library for use in social media posts. 

Social Pando uses Google Picker's multi-select feature to allow users to import multiple media files from their Drive in a single action.

How we use Google user data:
- Drive files you select are downloaded to our secure servers (AWS S3) for processing and publication to social networks.
- We have read-only access; Social Pando cannot modify, delete, or upload files to your Google Drive.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer Drive data to third parties.
- We do not use Drive data for advertising or to train AI or machine learning models.
- We only access files when you explicitly initiate an action.

Data retention: Imported media is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete imported content at any time from your Social Pando media library. Deletion from Social Pando does not affect the original file in your Google Drive.

Revoking access: You can revoke Social Pando's access to your Google Drive at any time via your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revocation takes effect immediately.

Google API Services User Data Policy compliance: Social Pando's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Choices
You maintain control over your personal data, encompassing:
a. Access and Amendment: You can access and amend your personal information via your Pando account settings.
b. Account Deactivation: You have the option to deactivate your Pando account at any time.
c. Marketing Communications: You can choose to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from Pando by following the directions in those communications.

Security
Pando implements reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage can be deemed entirely secure, and we cannot ensure the absolute security of your data.

Children's Privacy
Pando is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 18.

This Privacy Policy may undergo periodic updates. Any modifications will be posted on this page, with the revised policy taking effect immediately upon posting.
